Wrestling pre-registration July 26, 12-2pm At 1 Market St, Camden NJ......Victors, first floor "Cabinet Room"

Our first mission will be to set up a youth wrestling program in the City of Camden NJ. This sport will be open to all children 4-14, male and female. We will look for individual donations to reach our estimated budget to provide this to the children completely free of charge. Donation will be used for equipment, competition, insurance, travel, etc. We believe that this program will first provide a safe environment in the city for the children, it will foster the ability to practice goal setting, and it will promote health and safety. The founding members have a rich back ground of coaching and mentoring and will organize the program.

Na'eem Grays for winning his division this year.This was his first year wrestling and he did a great job.  We will continue to work with him and get his skills up.

Tyree Bronson for becoming the first ever 3 year old to win the 4 year old division.  He his been wrestling since he was 2 years old. Big things are coming from these two.

 

Engaging our Student-Athletes:

We believe that pairing athletics and mentoring engages and helps prepare children during their most formative years.

Connecting:

Our student athletes are partnered with mentors through local universities, including Drexel and the University of Pennsylvania, allowing them to be connected with "near peer" positive role models on a consistent basis.  The program includes academic tutoring, preparation for variety of standardized tests, career and educational guidance, in addition to focusing on the development of standard "life" skills
